Bolton Wanderers back sustainable future for the EFL, as Premier League deals hits standstill

Bolton Wanderers remain hopeful for a more sustainable future in the EFL, but are not pinning their hopes on the EFL's deal with the Premier League finding a resolution anytime soon.
Reports claim the EFL is looking to recoup £1 billion over five years, to be distributed throughout it's three divisions, in order to bridge the gap, and bring more stability to the leagues as a whole.
The Premier League have already tabled a ten-year offer worth an annual £180 million, something that appears to have been rejected as talks stalled last week.
David Kogan, the new Independent Football Regulator sat in the talks. His State of the Game report is due to arrive in the next month, and both parties were looking to conclude this deal before the IFR could have any interference within the outcome, something that now looks unlikely.
