Bolton Wanderers finally have a right-winger through the door at the Toughsheet Community Stadium as the Whites sign Samuel Iling-Junior on a season-long loan from Aston Villa.

The 22-year-old joined the Birmingham side from Juventus in 2024, but has spent much of his time with the club out on-loan. Iling-Junior is no stranger to the Championship, having spent the first-half of last season with West Bromwich Albion and the latter part of the previous season with Middlesbrough.

Often used as a wing-back in Turin, Iling-Junior's game has moved forward, seeing him play in his more natural position as a winger. A direct runner, the 22-year-old is a player full of quality looking to prove himself once more.
