Max Conway has continued his rise through the EFL ranks to become a regular for Bolton Wanderers in the Championship.
Despite last season's breakthrough season for the 23-year-old defender, many, understandably assumed Conway's progression would slow down. Instead, the full-back has continued to grow, showing new levels can be found in his game.
Julian Darby, the Bolton native and U21 Head Coach, believes Conway's rise through the ranks will be an inspiration for his young guns, allowing them to see a clear path to the first-team.
“It has to (inspire them).” Darby said.
