Bolton Wanderers have a chance to immediately make up for their defeat to Stoke City as they face Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux on Tuesday night.

The Whites return from the international break did not go to plan as they lost 2-1 to the Potters at home, despite the away side being down to ten men. Steven Schumacher's team begin a a fixture run that will see them face three teams that expect to be in the promotion race this season, starting with Wolves.

Cesar Peixoto's team also lost their first game since the break, falling to a 1-0 defeat to Middlesbrough. Wolves remain well placed at the top of the table, sitting 5th, four points off the top two. The Midlands side will expect to return to winning ways as Bolton travel south.
