Bolton Wanderers secured their first away win of the season, and first win at Carrow Road since 2000, on Sunday afternoon, scoring four goals to defeat Norwich City.
Scores from Thierry Gale, Gaizka Larrazabal, Sam Dalby and Atsuke Ito guided Wanderers to all three points, seeing them up to 15th in the Championship table as the international break begins.
Steven Schumacher is proud of the way his Bolton team navigated the game, stating beforehand that they always expected somewhat of an exciting match.
“We’d said in the press the other day that we expected an exciting game and I was right, the way the two teams play, we needed to prepare well. We didn’t just prepare to be stretched but I think when we get it right we can cause teams problems as well, and that's exactly what happened.
