The Overreaction: Queens Park Rangers 0-0 Bolton Wanderers - Stop the Jack Bonham slander, that's how you defend

Bolton Wanderers secure a point on the road, as they stave off QPR attacks in their first Championship away day of the season. Jack Bonham and the defence were the stars of the show as the Whites showed the fight you need to stay in this division.

Bolton Wanderers secured a hard-fought point at Loftus Road, holding off Queens Park Rangers in their first Championship away match of the season.

From the first minute, Steven Schumacher's team were under the cosh as QPR picked up where they left off from their opening day victory over Portsmouth. Unfortunately for the home team, Chris Forino and Jack Bonham decided to get in the way of absolutely everything.

Bolton would have some attacks in the second-half, but nothing of real note as once again, it was all QPR. Luckily for Wanderers, it was also the same story for the defence, as they stopped anything, and everything the hosts could muster up, earning a battle-hardened point in the capital.
