Let's talk about it: Five talking points from Bolton Wanderers 2-3 Bristol City

Bolton Wanderers failed to bounce back from their heavy loss to Middlesbrough, surrendering a lead in the final minutes to lose 2-3 to Bristol City on Saturday. Goals from Josh Sheehan and Sam Dalby gave the Whites what looked to be a winning lead, but the team's defensive woes rose up again as they conceded two late goals to lose the game.

Bolton Wanderers lost their second straight home game, surrendering a lead in the dying moments to gift Michale Skubala's Bristol City three points.

Steven Schumacher's team only had themselves to blame as Dom Ballard gave the visitors an early lead. Josh Sheehan hit back as Wanderers grew into the game, eventually taking the lead through Sam Dalby.

Unfortunately, that was as good as it got for the hosts as Bolton's defence parted for Skubala's team. Sam Bell netted the equaliser with five minutes left before Scott Twine found the winner in added time to condemn Wanderers to yet another difficult defeat.
