Bolton Wanderers have confirmed the permanent signing of Japanese international, Atsuki Ito.

The midfielder joins the Whites from Belgium side KAA Gent for an undisclosed fee. The 28-year-old has penned a three-year-deal with Wanderers, becoming their 11th signing of the summer.

Whilst Ito will not be available tomorrow as his work permissions are sorted, the midfielder, who can play in any central position, will add depth to an area that has been stung with injuries and suspensions for Bolton so far this season.
